Northstar Exteriors was founded in 2024, but the experience behind it goes back to 2017. After years of working in the exterior trades across Northern Utah, our founder saw the same problems show up at company after company — slow communication, crews no one could keep tabs on, and homeowners left guessing about the work being done on their own property. So he did something about it. He wrote down every flaw he had seen and built Northstar Exteriors from the ground up with those gaps in mind.

The goal was simple: be the exterior contractor that people in Ogden, Centerville, Kaysville, and Farmington could actually count on. Not just for the quality of the work, but for the experience of hiring someone. That means answering your calls and texts when you reach out. It means showing up when we say we will. I don’t think we have enough positive words about how great of an experience it was to work with William and his team. Not only did they complete the project in two weeks, but they were the most bang for our buck + quality work. We talked to 5 or 6 different companies to redo our stucco home and after all the conversations we felt Northstar was the most upfront, honest, easy to work with company. I have already recommended them to our neighbors and friends and are so happy with our final outcome. We chose to go from stucco to Hardie board and could not be happier with the choice.

Will at Northstar was amazing to work with! We had 5 bids and they were by far the most prompt, professional, and most affordable to boot! They worked with us and our strange requests, provided samples and answered all our questions! Communication is really important to us and they were on the ball! There were a couple minor issues with the crew that came as is to be expected but Will was there to correct anything that went wrong promptly and at no additional cost to us. We love our new home!
